North Star CCA was created to recognise and develop the next generation of hospitality leaders. As a brand-new organisation, it needed a distinctive identity and digital presence capable of building trust from day one while clearly communicating its mission to applicants, partners and industry mentors.

Working closely with the founders, I developed the visual identity before designing and building the website from concept to launch. The focus was on creating a modern, responsive platform that combines compelling storytelling with intuitive user journeys, encouraging registrations and supporting future growth.

The result is a scalable brand and website that establishes North Star CCA as a credible new organisation within the hospitality sector, providing a strong foundation for future programmes, partnerships and events.
